We spent one night in a Deluxe Quadruple Room. The location was perfect near the train station, and the spacious room was comfortable, which was great for our family. They even provided a wheelchair for our handicapped family member. Overall, a great experience!

We had a Superior King Room which was super spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and there was a convenient breakfast buffet on the second floor with wonderful pork and chicken buns. The location is an easy walk from Kanazawa station, making it perfect for exploring the city.

Bathroom could use more space.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, which allowed us to relax after a long day. The location was also perfect for exploring, just a short stroll from major attractions. We appreciated the variety in breakfast options, especially the delicious local buns.

The room was incredibly spacious for our family, giving us all plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring Kanazawa. The location is perfect—just a quick walk to the train station, making it easy for our trips. We truly enjoyed the comfort.

My wife says that the lack of air conditioning was uncomfortable during our stay in warm weather.

The Deluxe Quadruple Room was super spacious and perfect for our family, especially with four beds. The shower had great water pressure that felt amazing after a long day. Location-wise, it was really easy to get to the Kanazawa station, which made it convenient for our outings. However, the room didn't come with bottled water, which we found odd, and the bedding could've been cleaner since we found some hair on the sheets.
